Medication Management

Finding the right psychiatric medication is rarely straightforward. Many patients arrive after trying multiple medications without a clear understanding of why previous treatments helped, failed, or caused unwanted side effects.

Dr. DePalma begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and develops treatment recommendations based on your history, symptoms, goals, and response over time. Medication decisions are made thoughtfully, with ongoing adjustments guided by clinical progress rather than quick fixes.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy

Medication can be helpful, but many patients benefit most when treatment also addresses the underlying patterns contributing to distress.

At One Psychiatry, psychotherapy and medication management can be integrated within the same treatment relationship. For patients who have previously worked with separate providers, this often creates a more consistent and coordinated approach to care.

Ketamine Treatments

Ketamine Treatments

Ketamine therapy may be an option for adults struggling with treatment-resistant depression and related conditions.

At One Psychiatry, ketamine treatment is provided within an ongoing psychiatric relationship. Because Dr. DePalma oversees the broader treatment plan, ketamine therapy can be integrated with medication management, psychotherapy, and long-term psychiatric care when appropriate.
