Online Appointments

 
*Main Rules of ONLINE APPOINTMENTS:

1) 1ST APPOINTMENT IS ALWAYS IN PERSON (so for at least this one, you may have to drive)
     
2)  ONLINE MUST BE APPROVED EACH TIME SO IF YOU WANT AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SPOKEN WITH THE DR ABOUT THIS OR HAD IT APPROVED BY EMAIL MESSAGE. 

3) SEEN IN PERSON AT LEAST ONCE EVERY 12 MONTHS  (for some patients with more complicated medical issues that might be affected by medications you may need to be see in person more often - Dr DePalma will let you know)

It is required for HIPPA compliance reasons that you make every effort to be in a private location without friends, family members or others in the same room unless it is someone who would normally come to appointments with you and you have given them expressed permission.

Equipment needed is : Computer with built in or external web camera or you can use a smart phone with camera or tablet. ( Computer option does seem to function best for most people with this particular service)

You will need a reliable connection to WIFI as cellular connection alone often is not strong enough for this service without glitches.
