Schedule a New Patient Appointment

Schedule your 60-minute Initial Psychiatric Evaluation with Dr. Michael DePalma at One Psychiatry

Before You Schedule — Please Read

  • After submitting your appointment request you will immediately receive 2 emails from sender “One Psychiatry”:
 
    • One will say: “Your Request for Evaluation has been Received!”
    • The other will say: “Dr. DePalma has asked you to complete a form”
 
  • It is very important that you complete the form sent in the email titled “Dr. DePalma has asked you to complete a form.”
  • Your appointment will not be officially approved until after you complete that form and it has been reviewed.
 
  • If that form is not completed within 48 hours, your appointment request will unfortunately need to be removed from the calendar to ensure efficient scheduling for all patients.

What Happens After You Schedule

Step 1 — Check Your Email Immediately Two emails will arrive from “One Psychiatry” as soon as you complete the calendar request. Check your inbox — and your spam folder if you do not see them within a few minutes.

Step 2 — Complete the Patient Form Open the email titled “Dr. DePalma has asked you to complete a form” and complete the encrypted intake form. This must be completed within 48 hours or your appointment request will be cancelled.

Step 3 — Appointment Review Once your intake form has been received and reviewed, you will be notified regarding request status.  Each request is reviewed to ensure One Psychiatry is a good fit for the patient’s needs.

Step 4 — Your First Appointment Your first appointment is a 60-minute Initial Psychiatric Evaluation with Dr. DePalma. Fees are due in full at the time of appointment. → pricing
