Established Patients

Request an Appointment — Scottsdale & Phoenix

Established patients can use the Healthie patient portal to request an appointment. You can use it to request in-person or online appointments of either 30 or 60 minutes.

If you are a new patient, please visit the New Patient Scheduling page instead.

Appointment Types

Choosing the Right Appointment Length

⏱️

30-Minute Appointment

30 Minutes

Appropriate for established patients with straightforward medication management needs — checking in on how a current medication is working, minor adjustments, or prescription refills.

🕐

60-Minute Appointment

60 Minutes

Required when your visit will include both medication management and talk therapy or psychotherapy. Thirty minutes is not sufficient time to address medication concerns while also having meaningful time for psychological therapy.

Online (Telehealth) Visit

Must Be Pre-Approved

Online appointments are available in 30 or 60-minute durations. Telehealth must be approved by Dr. DePalma in advance each time — see the policy notice below before booking.

Use any of the links below to request your appointment. If you are having trouble with the calendar, contact Dr. DePalma via the contact page.

💡
Not sure which length to choose? If you want to discuss your medication and spend time on therapy or emotional support during the same visit, book the 60-minute appointment. Trying to do both in 30 minutes shortchanges both conversations and doesn't serve you well.

Telehealth Patients

Before Scheduling an Online Appointment

📋
If you are scheduling an online (telehealth) appointment, you are required to review the Online Appointment Policies & Requirements page before booking. Telehealth regulations are subject to ongoing changes at the state and agency level, and policies are updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to be aware of the current requirements each time you schedule a telehealth visit.
